If you need more information, your next step is to purchase our Construction Video and Manual Bundle. The Bundle is only $35.00 and we give you that money back when you purchase your Log Home or Cabin from us. Stock plans are $299.00 to $800.00 depending upon the plan. Custom plans will be drawn at $75.00 per hour ($2,500.00 deposit required). All plans are free when you purchase your log package from us! Regular logs are completely uniform end to end and are shipped random length unless otherwise ordered. Rustic logs will have irregularities (up to 25% of the log), and are shipped random length unless otherwise ordered. We will quote any model in RUSTIC or REGULAR grade logs. Rustic logs cost less. All structural members are logs selected for the required purpose. Our logs meet FHA specifications and can be grade stamped. The materials supplied will generally meet building codes but we recommend that you check your local codes for special requirements. If an engineer's stamp is required, you must hire a local person or firm. Shipping cost can be quoted 2 weeks before delivery date.
