Call or Email to let us know you are interested. We sometimes have special deals! We require a deposit of 1/3 the total package price to get things started. After we receive your deposit we will send your Invoice, Plans, Construction Video and Construction Manual to you right away. Once you have sent us your deposit, we will contact you (or you may contact us) to arrange a ship date that fits your needs and our schedule. The delay from order date to ship date is always at least 2 weeks and may be up to 6 weeks at the height of summer. Order Early to get the delivery date you want! If something in the plans doesn't suit you, please discuss it with us. We may be able to modify the plan to better suit your needs. When the truck arrives with your package you must have a cashiers check for the balance of the package price and a separate check for the trucking charge. You are responsible for unloading the package. We recommend a forklift capable of handling 4000 lbs. |
